Event Dates

Registration open: 12th Apr 2024 02:30pm IST

Registration close: 9th May 2024 02:30pm IST

Qualifiers Dates: 11th May 2024 - 12th May 2024

Regional Tournament (India)

India Tournament Day 1

This is an open tournament in SE format in which all players who are over 16 years of age on 11th May 2024 and who reside in India can participate. Matches in SE format will be BO3.

The top 8 teams from Day 1 of the India Tournament will qualify to participate in Day 2 of the India Tournament.
India Tournament, Day 2

This is a DE bracket-format tournament between the 8 teams that qualified on Day 1 of the India Tournament. The 8 teams that made it through Day 1 of the India Tournament will compete until only 1 team remains.

The winning team from Day 2 of the India Tournament will qualify to participate in the WCS2024 Honolulu Tournament and will receive the Travel Allowance.

If the team wins the right to participate in Pokémon UNITE World Championships 2024 Honolulu via the Regional Tournament, the team agrees to register a reserve player by May 15th 23:59 IST. The team also agree that the team may be disqualified from participating in Pokémon UNITE World Championships 2024 Honolulu if the registration of the reserve player is delayed for a reasonable time.

The team have confirmed that they meet the residency requirement for eligibility stated in the Official Rulebook. When the Management Companies request any proof of residence, the team agrees to submit a document (e.g. utility bill payment statements, student ID card, or passport showing your residential address, etc.) showing their place of residence.

If the team wins the right to participate in Pokémon UNITE World Championships 2024 Honolulu via the Regional Tournament, the team agrees to begin the necessary travel procedures, including but not limited to obtaining a passport and visa immediately after completing the Regional Tournament. The team also agree that they may be disqualified from participating in Pokémon UNITE World Championships 2024 Honolulu if the team's travel arrangements are delayed for a reasonable time.
